Tim has always been interested in the success of his clients’ projects. So when his former job disappeared into the ether of “financial headwinds”, he decided to start his own company so that the people he had spent years working with would have a “home” when they next needed service on their Qualtrics Employee Experience projects.

Tim started servicing 360 more than a decade ago, represented client use cases and interests while working with engineers to develop Engagement, and has been supporting, implementing, and managing every other Employee Experience project type since its inception.
